About Granite Village
Granite Village is a 55 plus retirement community in the picturesque town of Hampstead, New Hampshire. Established in 1989 and situated over 120 acres, Granite Village currently embodies 125 homes many situated on wooded lots, some boasting lovely views. Each lot is a minimum of 7,500 square feet, and in the newer phases 10,000 square feet. All lots are landscaped with a paved driveway. We are excited to be currently developing the final phase of the park. This phase will include the same quality and beautiful aesthetic design continually seen throughout Granite Village. Choose from 12 different floor plans and custom order a home to your liking. Houses range from 44 to 60 feet in length, with prices starting at $186,500. Granite Village is situated conveniently close to Salem and Plaistow NH which both offer shopping galore but more importantly Granite Village is located less than 25 miles from Manchester NH which hosts two of New Hampshire's leading Hospitals, Catholic Medical Center and Elliot Hospital. Closer yet are Parkland Medical Center in Derry NH and Hale Hospital in Haverhill MA.
There are two entrances to the development. The entrance off Kent Farm Road, is on Granite Circle, the other is on Freedom Hill Road. We welcome any questions along with a visit to see first hand what sets Granite Village apart from other retirement communities.
