More important then our methodology is our approach. We start by getting an understanding of what the "business" objectives of the website are. Our staff of designers, coders and internet marketers then constantly refer back to that to assess whether our implementation is meeting those objectives.

Most website development companies that develop sites that are affordable are either everyone gets the same website, or they are simple flat, non interactive sites.

Methodology

To assure that the objectives of this project are met, the following methodology will be used:

You will meet with a member of our design team to discuss and identify the key visual and design attributes of your website. This structured discussion will include identification of items including:

Web Sites that you like
Web Sites that you do not like
Colors
Fonts
Site personality

You will be provided with a conceptual draft of your new website for you to critique and approve.

You will be provided with up to three conceptual draft revisions of your new website’s “look and feel”.

You will be provided with a logo design. This logo will be incorporated into the website and will be available to you to include in and on other material such as business cards, letterhead and such.

You will be provided with our Content Management System to maintain your website. This system allows non-technical users to create and modify unlimited website pages and has optional modules that support:

Posting of News articles and press releases
Email Marketing – allowing you to collect a database of subscribers and to send them html (graphic) email newsletters

You will be provided with an appropriate level of training and documentation on the operations of the Content Management System. Note: This does not require that you maintain all the content, but you will be able to.

All of the pages of your website will be created, with appropriate navigation to get to each page.

You will be provided with a comprehensive hosting package.

You will provide us with the content (pictures and text) that will be posted to the pages of your website.

You will approve each step of the development process.

You will verify that the website is functioning to your expectation prior to the Site’s launch.

You will be provided with our SEO fundamentals to assure that the right foundation is in place to achieve high rankings on search engines.

You will be provided with Google Analytics to allow you to track the activity of visitors to your website.
